| The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Bonding Education Program (BEP) is a free program tailored to small minority, woman and veteran owned businesses competing for construction-related contracts. This program consists of a comprehensive set of sessions designed to address the needs of the small business community in order to become bond-ready, along with a one-on-one session with surety bonding professionals.
