The workshop is a unique event bringing the ancient practices of Ayurvedic medicine to life in simple, practical ways. The first four days are a repeat of the same workshop each day to give as many people as possible an opportunity to attend. July 12th is reserved for individual evaluations and treatments. Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old ancient medical system of natural healing that has its origins in the Vedic culture of India. The information that the participants will take away will give them a deeper understanding of their unique constitution and remedies that will move them away from dis-ease and toward health and vitality. The series is appropriate for everyone.
