An annual event to honor a minority WIU Alumnus who has a leadership role in the community and to raise matching scholarship dollars for WIU-Quad Cities students who have received scholarships from our partner organizations.
Partner Organizations include: QC United, VIVA Quad Cities, 100 Black Men of the Quad Cities, Davenport Council 10, League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), Greater Quad Cities Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Davenport, Iowa Branch #4019, NAACP, Rock Island County Branch, NAACP.
