Rosa Mendoza is the executive director of The Diversity Service Center of Iowa located in Muscatine, Iowa. Ms. Mendoza has received partial accreditation from the Office of Legal Access Programs of U.S. Department of Justice to assist the public on immigration issues and represent individuals before immigration offices. Ms. Mendoza has 24 years of experience working on immigration issues.
The Diversity Service Center of Iowa (DSCI) opened its doors to Muscatine and surrounding communities on March 1, 2001. DSCI manages two programs, the Educational Outreach Program that provides assistance with immigration issues and the Minority Senior Citizens Program which provides social services to individuals ages 60+. Serving families from Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.
